Submission

Submissions are in the form of abstracts (up to 1000 characters) plus short (1-7 pages) papers for oral presentations and one-page abstracts for posters. You will need to follow the author guidelines using the Style Guide. 

To submit a paper:

1. Create an abstract of up to 1000 words (shorter is better) and think of 1-5 subject keywords (e.g. from the topic list).
2. Create a short paper of 1-7 pages using the Style Guide (see below)
3.  If you do not already have one, create a Microsoft CMT account.
4. Login to your CMT account 
5. Go to the submission page.
6. Click on  +Create new submission and then select the right track. Only select a sympoisum name if you have been invited by a symposium chair. Otherwise select  General Oral Papers of Posters. 

All primary authors must have a Microsoft CMT account before they submit. That is not necessary for co-authors. Presenters will need to register for the conference, but you don’t need to do that before submitting (registration will open in the autumn). Submissions are not accepted from authors based in the Russian Federation.
