Definitions

Academics work at an educational institution or research institute. Students are registered at a place of higher education for a undergraduate of postgraduate degree (e.g. BSc, MSc, or PhD) at the time of the conference. You will need to bring your student card or other proof of being a student to the conference. All other delegates fall into the industrial category. All delegates need to pay the relevant registration fee, even if they are presenting in symposia or workshops. If you are in doubt, please contact the organisers.

Accommodation

Delegates are encouraged to stay at the Clayton Hotel, where the conference will take places. You can book your accommodation on this page.
